| A new chapter in SAM Headhunting Denmark | ||
| SAM Headhuning works in a close partnership with the local business life, both in good times and in downturns like the current one. As a result, we have chosen to adapt to the current climate by introducing new products to the market and by adjusting our organisation. The third product this year – SAM Insight Since early spring, SAM Headhunting Denmark has been promoting two new products: Outplacement and Headhunting Executive Board Members. Both products are tailored to a time in which efficiency and social responsibility are at the forefront, and we have been able to monitor a considerable interest in both products. SAM Headhunting Denmark is now launching its third product, SAM Insight. SAM Insight is a tool, which will help you identify who will perform in a position and be motivated to stay there. SAM Insight identifies the unique combination of human factors that predict success – for individuals as well as teams and organisations as a whole. New management team Last, but not least, the organisation of SAM Headhunting Denmark is in tune with the new realities. It is now organised in a matrix organisation, in which three Managing Partners will be responsible for sales and managing of each of their geographical areas, and three other Managing Partners will be responsible for Business development in three well-defined areas.
