| In SAM Headhunting, 2008 has been a year of rapid global expansion. With headhunters active across the globe, we now answer a further key demand from our customers – to employ a global horizon and retain a local focus. Today, we assist our clients in sourcing their next key employees for positions around the world. We enjoy working across countries, continents and cultures, and we are excited to discover that our headhunting concept is truly universal and that we are able to match great talents with great companies regardless of location. This year, we have continued our expansion into the European market by opening up activities in the Czech Republic, Belarus, Ukraine and Russia. However, 2008 was the year when SAM Headhunting went truly global. By opening up companies in Dubai/UAE, the Caribbean and South Africa, we follow our clients in their global expansion. Global Growth As a result, the SAM Headhunting Group has grown by more than 30 percent in 2008. More importantly, the growth is not only in a few markets. Instead, we grow in both long-existing markets and new ones established this and last year. Despite doomsday reports in the press on the global economy, our local partners remain optimistic, and they expect to continue similar growth rates next year.
